Exciting post today! In today’s review I’m going to be talking about a program called “The Multi-Orgasmic Lover” that is all about having an incredible sex life.

The surprising thing however, is the fact that multiple orgasms that the title eludes to are not HER orgasms, but in fact they are YOURS. What’s The Idea Behind Jim Benson’s Program & Does It Actually Work?

The The Multi-Orgasmic Lover (MOL) program was created by a guy named Jim Benson, and is published by Susan Bratton and her Personal Life Media company. I don’t think that I’ve had a chance to mention any of Personal Life Media’s other programs on this site yet, but I will definitely be adding some more soon. If you’ve never heard of Susan she is one of my all time favorite “sex experts” and she’s been teaching this kind of stuff for quite a while, so you can feel assured that she is only going to associate her name with the highest quality sexual education programs.

The great thing about these types of instructional programs (about sex) is that they can be useful no matter what your relationship status.

Lets face it… Unless you already have an amazing connection with your wife or girlfriend and are taking her to the heights of ecstasy everyday, then there is probably room to improve in this department.

And, this kind of material is especially helpful for guys who are just re-entering the field after divorce, single guys, and guys who are trapped in relationships where things are cooling off, or have already cooled off.

Anyhow, apparently Jim has discovered a natural body-based technique (the ME Breath technique) that you can do to have multiple orgasms, while you stay inside her, and continue thrusting, and you never have to take a break or anything!

The main course has a series of videos where Jim demonstrates the ME Breath. Then there is also a set of “ME Breath Accelerator Audios” where Jim explains about the benefits of relaxation and sex, gives you sexual “confidence builders”, and answers common questions. You also get a “Multi Orgasmic Lover Manual” workbook that’s like an owners guide and blueprint for track your progress with the system.

The main bonuses are “The Jet Pack Accelerator” which includes an audio: “Sexual Power Meditation” to pave the way for ME Breath, a “Streaming Technique” that makes you more approachable and responsive to women, an “Evolved Lover Guided Meditation”, and a guide to resolving ED called “The No BS Guide to Erectile Dysfunction”. There’s also an “Integrating The Program” audio training that brings everything together and coaches you on how to coach your woman.

My favorite bonus however is something called “Energy Cock & The Chi Breath” I heard that, and I said to myself “I want an ENERGY COCK!” In this bonus package you learn how to get a woman so turned on that she can “feel” you across the room, and “do her” energetically. Pros & Cons:

PRO 1 – Experience complete control. Not being in control of your arousal can ruin sex. So probably the biggest benefit to this system is that it puts you in control. You get to fully enjoy yourself without needing to “hold back” and do any goofy stuff like “think about baseball” to keep from blowing too soon.

PRO 2 – Benefits relationships. Lets face it, sex is great. But a lot of us, like me, are also interested in nurturing meaningful long term relationships too. And while there are certainly other ways to bond and share affection with your partner, there is probably nothing more powerful that you can share than an intense sexual connection. You can definitely take this stuff to a spiritual level if that is what you are looking for.

PRO 3 – Great instruction. Honestly there is nobody I’d rather learn this kind of material from. Jim is a cool guy. He’s like a total scholar of orgasms and how the body works from a holistic angle. He’s like the Indiana Jones of pleasuring women.

CON 1 – You’re gonna need more lube? Seriously, I’m having a hard time seeing a downside here. But legitimately, you may need to buy some extra lube to soothe your woman. I’d recommend some natural organic oils like coconut.

My Recommendation…

If you are a guy who wants to have a better sex life then I think you will get a lot out of this program.

Just think what it will be like to make the woman you love (or a woman you just met) come over and over again as you give her the best sex of her life.

And not only that, but you get to experience orgasm after orgasm yourself. This is something I didn’t even know was possible until I found out about this program… I think I’m going to officially name this as the best sex-ed/sex-skills system I’ve ever reviewed.

There’s just nothing else remotely on the same level. Highly recommended.

Today’s post is my first ever review of a fitness program. I know this is a bit of a change from the dating and relationship advice programs that I usually talk about on here. But hey, I guess I’m ready to branch out and give you my thoughts on Mark Mcilyar’s “Abs After 40”…

I’ve been wanting to review a fitness program for a while now, but these days there are a lot to choose from, and I really don’t have time to try them all. So, after much debate I decided to check out Abs After 40 – based mainly on the fact that it has become so incredibly popular since it was first released just a couple of months ago.

And then there is also the fact that I am turning 40 this summer, so I think its about time to start adjusting my approach to fitness so I don’t end up injured, fat and suffering from low testosterone!

If you are a guy UNDER 40, then this may not be the thing for you, yet. So, if you are still feeling young, and aren’t suffering from any “old man” aches and pains yet, you might do better with a program like Six Pack Shortcuts. I started using that system in 2013 and I think its one of the best out there for guys looking to achieve a strong, lean, and ripped look (the kind of physique most women are most attracted to btw.) I’ll add a review at some point.

What Exactly IS Abs After 40 & Why Do Guys Over 40 Need A Special Program?

Abs After 40 was created to help men in the 40+ age group to burn fat, put on lean muscle, and balance out their hormone levels. The fact is (and tons of research studies backs this up) that once a man hits 30 or even his late twenties, his testosterone levels will start go down a little bit every year.

This isn’t usually a big deal in your thirties, since most healthy men’s T levels will still be pretty high at this age, but once you hit the big 4-0, the effects of low testosterone and lower levels of other key hormones can become pretty darn inconvenient.

I won’t go into detail on all of the negative effects of low testosterone levels, since most guys are pretty aware of them at this point (including the fact that you are simply more likely to die if you have low testosterone.) The main issues, in relation to this program, are trouble losing body fat, and trouble putting on lean muscle. As you may know from first hand experience, it’s really important to protect your joints as you get older, so all of the exercises and workouts in AA40 have been customized to help keep you injury free, so you can keep burning off that belly fat…

One Note: A lot of men hear about “testosterone replacement therapy” and how you can get a doctor to inject synthetic testosterone into you on a regular basis as a way of combating low T… My personal feeling is that this is CRAZY, because there is a natural reason why these levels are declining (and a natural solution.) But as always it’s recommended that you consult with a health care professional before starting or ending any diet, medication, supplementation, or exercise regime..

What Comes With Abs After 40?

The entire Abs After 40 system is delivered to you through a members portal that you get access to after you make your purchase. What this means is that you don’t get anything mailed out to you at your home. This is pretty cool because it means that you get access to everything right away and you don’t need to worry about paying for shipping or scratching a DVD of anything like that (it’s all digital so there are no DVDs.)

Inside the member’s area you can watch the videos that show you all of the exercises and workouts which are divided in 3 month long phases. The first phase is where you go into serious fat burning mode, to get yourself all leaned out. Then in Phase 2 you focus on getting your hormones to the right levels so that you can really start getting things into gear, and then you finish up in a maintenance mode phase where you start chiseling out your abs using Mark’s special “A40 ab training” workouts.

There are also some bonuses that come with the program. I’d recommend checking the company website here, to make sure what bonuses come with it, as they may be updated after I write this. At the time of this post’s publication the 2 bonuses you get are: the “Abs After 40 Nutritional System”, which is where you get all the info on what you should be eating, along with some handy “blue-prints” for planning out your meals. And you also get the “How To Deal With Common Injuries & Gym Problems” eBook which is about keeping from getting injured and making sure that you are stretching properly, and doing the right things to aid in your recovery so that you can stay on track.

AA40 Pros & Cons:

Pro 1 – Easy To Follow Nutritional Guidelines

One thing I think is super important when it comes to getting in shape is that you don’t try to follow some kind of ultra-restrictive diet. What I’m talking about are diets that tell you that you can’t eat any carbs or that kind of craziness! Lets face it, by the time you turn 40 you are probably pretty set in your ways when it comes to the foods that you like to eat. So luckily the diet portion of this program is really easy to follow and is full of delicious man-friendly foods.

Pro 2 – Everything Explained Step-by-Step

Another great thing about this system is the fact that everything is spelled out for you and made abundantly clear. The program is divided into those 3 phases, and it walks you through everything that you need to do along the way. You just watch the well organized HD videos, and everything is laid out and explained in clear American English.

Pro 3 – Convenient Workouts

I don’t know about you, but I don’t have time for 2 hour workouts, or even one hour workouts! And I most definitely am not spending my weekends or vacation time in a gym plodding along on an elliptical machine. Thankfully, the amount of time you need to work out to get results with this program is extremely manageable, especially once you get to the “maintenance phase” of the program.

Pro 4 – Lots Of Proof It Works

One thing about this course, and all the programs from the Six Pack Shortcuts company is that they are all backed up by a lot of science, and studies done by real doctors and universities. And they also get a ton of testimonials with verified before and after photos from real customers who have had amazing results. The fact is that these days the FTC and other regulatory bodies watch this stuff extremely closely to ensure that testimonials are REAL, and that no false claims are made. So when you see this stuff, especially from such an established company as Sixpack Shortcuts, you know that it is on the level.

Con 1 – Not a “Magic Bullet”

Here’s the thing about fitness products… Most people who buy these things are looking for some kind of magic bullet that is going to fix their problem automatically. And these products are marketed so well that it’s easy to get lulled into believing that they really are magic bullets. This is why diet pills and cellulite creams are so popular with women – because they promise to do all of the work for you. Now I’d like to assume that you aren’t that kind of person, and that you know that you actually have to follow the program, through all 3 phases, in order to actually see results. But unfortunately I know that a lot of people who read this are going to just buy it and then “think” about using it, maybe follow it for a week etc… and then they are going to stay flabby and sad! So just bear in mind that simply buying the program isn’t going to do much unless you actually take action and follow through.

My Recommendation…

In my opinion there is really nothing nearly as important as maintaining your health.

Sure, making money is important, and so is having a good social life and a healthy romantic relationship. But in the end these other things aren’t even possible if your health is failing!

That said, if you want to stay in the game, and keep fit, with healthy hormone levels, then I think this program is a great blueprint to follow.

This is the only system designed specifically to meet the needs of men over 40, and I think it shows a clear plan for reaching even the most lofty of fitness goal (like 6 pack abs). Definitely a well put together program.
